These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Tri-Lift Services (“Tri-Lift,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including the ATLAS platform, our SMS messaging program, and any related communications. By using our services or providing your mobile number to us, you agree to these Terms.

When you use our website, we may collect the following information:

  • Personal Information: name, email address, and phone number (if you submit a contact form or otherwise provide it).

  • Usage Data & Tracking Information: IP address, browser type, device information, and browsing behavior collected through cookies and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Microsoft Clarity).

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13 years old. If you believe we may have inadvertently collected information about a child, please contact us immediately.

1. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program Name: ATLAS Notifications

Program Operator: Tri-Lift Services

Program Description: Operational SMS notifications, two-factor authentication, one-time passwords, service updates, work order alerts, and field service communications related to Tri-Lift Services and the ATLAS platform.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on account activity.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

1.1 Consent

By providing your mobile phone number to Tri-Lift, you consent to receive SMS messages from us at that number for the purposes described above. Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.

1.2 How to Opt In

You may opt in to our SMS program by:

  • Providing your mobile number during ATLAS account setup or registration;
  • Providing your mobile number to Tri-Lift personnel during onboarding, service requests, or contract execution, with verbal or written confirmation of consent;
  • Texting START to our SMS number.

1.3 How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will not receive additional SMS messages from us through this program. If you want to rejoin, sign up as you did the first time or reply START, and we will start sending messages to you again.

1.4 How to Get Help

If you experience any issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can contact us directly using the contact information at the bottom of this page.

1.5 Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, Google Fi, and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

1.6 Privacy

Information collected as part of the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. ATLAS Platform Use

Access to the ATLAS platform is granted to authorized personnel, customers, and contacts of Tri-Lift Services. You agree to:

  • Use the platform only for legitimate business purposes related to your relationship with Tri-Lift;
  • Keep your account credentials, PINs, and authentication codes confidential;
  • Not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that you are not authorized to access;
  • Comply with all instructions and policies provided by Tri-Lift regarding platform use.

3. Services

Tri-Lift Services provides plunger lift systems, oilfield equipment, manufactured components, field services, and related industrial products and services. Specific terms of service for individual projects, sales, or service engagements are governed by separate contracts, purchase orders, or service agreements between Tri-Lift and the customer.

4. Intellectual Property

The ATLAS platform, Tri-Lift branding, documentation, and all related content are the property of Tri-Lift Services and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from this material without our written permission.

5. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tri-Lift disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, that the platform will be uninterrupted, or that information will be free from errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tri-Lift Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including SMS messaging. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Tri-Lift for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tri-Lift Services, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any rights of another party.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Continued use of our services or our SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
